Envest Group, a prominent player in the insurance industry, has announced the launch of TLI Underwriting, a new heavy motor agency set to commence operations at the end of this month.
TLI Underwriting will function as an authorized representative of Envest's heavy motor specialist underwriter, ATL Insurance Group.

The establishment of TLI Underwriting marks a significant step in enhancing insurance offerings for the transport and logistics industry, particularly focusing on larger fleet segments. The agency aims to provide specialized products and underwriting expertise, emphasizing service, risk management, and long-term partnerships.

Pat Miller, formerly the CEO of PSC's Australian and UK broking operations, will lead TLI as Managing Director. Luke Sellars, previously GT Insurance's Queensland manager, will serve as Head of Underwriting. Miller highlighted a clear gap in the market for dedicated service and support to brokers working with heavy motor fleet operators, stating that TLI Underwriting is poised to fill this gap with comprehensive insurance programs that deliver real value to fleet businesses.

For truck owners and fleet managers, the launch of TLI Underwriting presents an opportunity to access tailored insurance solutions designed to meet the unique needs of larger fleets. This development underscores the importance of partnering with insurers who understand the complexities of the transport and logistics industry and can offer customized coverage options.

As the industry continues to evolve, staying informed about new entrants and specialized insurance products can help you make informed decisions that align with your business objectives and risk management strategies.
